Beijing Zhong Ke San Huan High-tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongke Sanhuan") is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research, development, production and sale of magnetic materials and their application products. It was founded on July 23rd, 1999 by Beijing Sanhuan New Materials High-tech Co., Ltd., and affiliated to the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and in association with five other promoters including TRIDUS, Ningbo Electronic Information Group, Taigene (USA) Co., Ltd, Ningbo United Group Co., Ltd. and Lenovo Group Holding Co., Ltd. It was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange of China on April 20th, 2000 under the stock code 000970.

The main products of Zhongke Sanhuan are sintered NdFeB magnets, bonded NdFeB magnets, soft magnetic ferrites and electric bicycles. Its NdFeB magnet has been widely used in the fields of information technology, green energy and medical treatment, such as computer hard disk drive, optical disk drive, wind power generation, automobile motor and magnetic resonance imager. It is one of the largest manufacturers of NdFeB permanent magnets in the world.

Taigene (USA) Co., Ltd was established in March 1974 and put into operation in August 1975. Since the establishment of the factory, Taigene has been devoting itself to the improvement of technology, quality and equipment, and cooperated with Hitachi Metal to become a professional manufacturer of magnetic materials with excellent quality and stable delivery period. The products are widely used in the fields of motors, generators, magnetic sensors, microwave ovens, horns, transformers, filters and coils.
